About Roam
Roam is a gentle little spirit who prefers to take life at her own comfortable pace. She is not the rabbit racing to be the center of attention; she is more likely to sit quietly, observe the world around her, and decide in her own time whether she is ready to join in.
When we continued the “movement” name theme for this litter, Roam earned her name because she really does seem to roam only when she wants to. Otherwise, she is quite content to be a soft, sweet little lump of a bun, taking everything in from a safe and comfortable spot.
Roam has a calm, low-energy personality and would usually rather remain quietly nearby than become the focus of a busy room. With gentle, unhurried handling, she settles comfortably and seems content simply being close to her people.
She is naturally observant and thoughtful. New sights, sounds, and experiences are things she prefers to evaluate carefully before deciding they are nothing to worry about. With time, patience, and kindness, Roam has the potential to become a deeply rewarding companion for someone who appreciates the quieter rabbits.
Roam in Action

Best-Fit Home
Roam would be happiest in a quieter indoor home where she can build confidence at her own pace. She does not need a completely silent household, but she would likely do best with a calm rhythm, gentle people, and a family that does not expect her to be instantly bold or outgoing.
She may be a good fit for adults or older, respectful children who understand that quiet rabbits often need time before they fully open up. Roam would probably not enjoy a loud, high-activity household or dogs that are overly energetic, noisy, or intrusive.
Her best-fit home is one that appreciates a soft, observant rabbit and is willing to let the relationship grow gradually. For the right person, Roam’s quiet trust and gentle companionship may be especially meaningful.
Placement Notes
Roam is being placed as an indoor companion rabbit through our normal placement process. She will go to an approved home only, and all placements are based on thoughtful fit rather than first-come availability.
Her new family should be prepared to provide a safe indoor setup, daily interaction, proper diet, regular grooming, and appropriate veterinary care as needed. A signed placement agreement is required.
Roam is currently available for placement. If she is not matched by October 18, 2026, her listing will be paused so she can be prepared for spaying. She would then be relisted after recovery.
If you feel Roam may be a good fit for your home, please read our Before You Apply page first. If our placement approach and requirements feel like a good match, you may then complete the Placement Form so we can learn more about your home and whether Roam may be the right Bun for you.
